''Izatha quinquejacula'' is a moth of the Oecophoridae family. It is endemic to New Zealand, where it is known from the Three Kings Islands.〔(Fauna of New Zealand - Izatha (Insecta: Lepidoptera: Gelechioidea: Oecophoridae) )〕 The wingspan is 19–23 mm for males and about 26 mm for females. Adults have been recorded in November and December. ==Etymology== The name comes from the Latin ''quinque'' (meaning five) and ''jaculum'' (meaning a javelin or dart), and refers to the (maximum of) five deciduous cornuti in the vesica, one of the diagnostic characters of the species.
